Mystic Moon is the first collaboration between Ian, Don and Stan, arising naturally out of weekly rehearsals where they were developing their style and adding songs to their repertoire. Initially, these recordings were just intended to be an audio diary of this time, which felt so carefree and open for the band, but when the multitrack sessions were being rough mixed, it became clear that there was an energy present that could not be duplicated! Thus a full mix and master audio production by Ian continued the process of manifesting this music.
